We explore your aesthetic preferences, functional requirements, and any specific ideas you may have collected from magazines or Pinterest, which we use as inspiration to generate ideas. We can also visit the site to evaluate all the relevant factors. This phase is crucial as it lays the foundation for the rest of the project.

Phase 2: Schematic Design

With a clear understanding of your vision, we move on to the concept design phase. Here, we develop initial design concepts and present them to you for feedback. We work closely with you to refine these concepts until we have a design that meets your expectations.

Phase 3: Design Development

Once the schematic design is approved, we move on to the detailed design phase where we create detailed drawings that ilustrate the
proposed design, including plans, elevations and sections. We also develop concepts for electrical and plumbing. Our renders and 3D visualizations will bring you the confidence in the design before the construction starts.

Phase 4: Construction Documents

In this phase, we finalize all design decisions, takin into account budgetary options and pricing considerations. We develop comprehensive construction documents that outline the specifications for the project. These documents are used to solicit bids from contractors and obtain necessary permits. There are several methods to select a contractor. You may already have a contractor or a provider or HARMONY DESIGN can recommend one and provide anything you need

Phase 5: Construction Administration

During the construction phase, HARMONY DESIGN provides ongoing support to ensure that the project align with the design intent. We make regular site visits to oversee the progress and correct any issues that may arise. We also handle contractor requests for payment and change orders, keeping you informed every step of the way. By following this structured process, we ensure that your project is
